New Hires/Hiring Process :
Descriptions :
1. You should have an aggregate of 68% and above in B. Tech/B.E./MBA
2. Upload your resume.
3. If you got selected, we will get in touch with you. For hiring you will go through the following process:
Hiring Process :
(a) Stage 1 : Written Test
All questions will be objective in nature. There will be no negative marking. The emphasis will be on fundamentals.
(b) Stage 2 : Technical Interview Round
If you clear the written test, you have to go through “Technical Interview Round”. Here your knowledge will be tested more deeply and rigorously.
(c) Stage 3: HR round
If you clear the “Technical Interview Round”, you will go through HR round. In this stage we will judge whether you have the attitude and the required soft skills.
Once you have cleared all the above three stages you will be given “Temporary Letter of Appointment” and you will have to go through 12 months / 1 year training. Here we will be watching all your activities and if your performance is as per the norms set by the company you will be absorbed in the company after completing your training period.
